This position has responsibility for supporting new resin/emulsion product development, scaling-up and supporting new processes in manufacturing and leading SGO Technology development initiatives<br/><br/>Specifically:<br/><br/>-          Develop, demonstrate, and recommend processes and equipment for new and existing products.  This is needed to provide customers with consistent, useful products.<br/><br/>o         Design and analyze appropriate experiments to support product and process development by making strong use of scientific method, critical thinking, and statistical approaches.<br/><br/>o         Identify, specify, install, and start-up new equipment as needed to support new product/process development.<br/><br/>o         Verify the safety of experiments being run and the safety of personnel involved.<br/><br/>o         Work with product development teams and Pilot Plant staff to identify goals and timing of work.<br/><br/>o         Maintain clear and concise records of the technical investigations.
