A Bachelors of Science degree in a technical field is required along with experience setting up and maintaining Mechanical Integrity, PSM, PM/PdM and equipment reliability programs.<br/><br/>Qualifications include 10 years plant engineering experience in the refining or chemicals industry, including a minimum 5 years experience in maintenance.  It is desirable to have a strong knowledge of BASF technical standards, accounting practices, and procurement policies. The production schedule should drive optimized finished good inventory levels through the application of sound planning processes and procedures.  Detailed responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<br/><br/>1.       Development of an achievable master production schedule for designated production plant(s).<br/><br/>-         Manage SAP planning parameters.<br/><br/>i.
