		<description><![CDATA[Operations Support II<br/><br/>The incumbent job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <br/><br/>1.       Working from written and verbal instructions, operates equipment to make production batches and visually inspects and monitors for performance.  Operates process control equipment using computer controls, including PLC and DCS.  Charges liquid raw materials using measuring devices, piping systems, hoses and pumps.  Charges solid raw materials from super sacks and bags.  Transfers in-process materials to finishing vessels and through product filters.  Transfers finished products from process vessels to tank trucks, tank cars, drums or totes. 		<description><![CDATA[Thermal Spray/Material Applications Engineer<br/><br/>We have an exciting opportunity for a Thermal Spray/Material Applications Engineer located in our Duncan, SC facility.  This position is in our Surface Technology Business where we provide Thermal Spray Coatings for variety of industries including Power Generation, Aerospace and Chemical Processing.  <br/><br/>The Process Engineer  is responsible for working on new programs for Surface Technologies.  He/she will take a new project through all stages of development to production with minimal supervision. The Engineer will interact with the Sales department, and will participate in all facets of planning, developing, and documentation of a new project.  He/she will demonstrate an understanding of the strategic business needs.  He/she will be expected to act as an engineering contact for customers, and may travel with Sales on technical visits.  Responsible for report writing, DOEs and preliminary operation sheets.   In addition, he/she will provide technical support to internal and external customer.   Assist in troubleshooting process problems for manufacturing and analyze existing processes for possible efficiency improvements. <br/><br/>&#149;&#32;Bachelors Degree in Material Science, Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.
