		<title>Process Controls Engineer Job (Freeport, TX, US)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Process Controls Engineer<br/><br/>Work as a member of the Daily Operations Team. Be the system administrator of all controls systems ( DCS, Triconnex ,HIMA, PIMS, etc.) associated with the ACC. Be the focal point for all instrumentation modifications installed in the ACC,  including those proposed for  capital projects before and during construction. Develop training simulations for the ACC unit. Serve as the manufacturing representative on  I/E projects. Maintain and have applied understanding of plants interlocks. Revise / Draw loop sheets as necessary. (Control Scheme Changes and As built changes for projects). Design/Improve Control Configuration.  Participate in Loop Tuning. Perform  DCS configuration changes as needed.  Maintain the Foxboro I/A Control System. Build graphics, faceplate pages and overlays. Work with the APC group to implement and maintain advanced process control applications. Be the leader of the DCS/ alarm management team. Perform specific I/E training for the DOT. Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems. Work closely with Operations Technicians, Mechanical technicians, and other engineers, etc. <br/><br/>Requires a BS degree in Engineering. A minimum of 5 years work experience associated with control systems is required.   Must have strong technical knowledge in the fundamentals of controls engineering and controls systems. Knowledge in Foxboro DCS graphics and control configuration. Knowledge of Triconnex, HIMA, or similar safety control systems, alarm management concepts, loop tuning, and Intools.  Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose I/E failures. Knowledge and experience of CEMS./PIMS. Knowledge in advanced process control techniques. 		<description><![CDATA[Instrument&amp;Elec Maintenance Engineer<br/><br/>The Instrument/ Electrical Maintenance Engineer will provide I/E maintenance support for chemical processing unit or units at the Freeport site. 		<description><![CDATA[Operations Engineer - Acetylenics<br/><br/>This position will be an integral part of the Geismar Acetylenics Team.
