		<title>Customer Care Representative Exports (Pigments) Job (Florham Park, NJ, US)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Customer Care Representative Exports (Pigments)<br/><br/>Represents BASF as the primary point of contact for export affiliates/customers and, under direct supervision, is responsible for the entire order fulfillment process, including responsibility for export order documentation.  Serves as the liaison for customers within BASF and also with external service providers.  Performs routine tasks requiring resolution of many different, sometimes conflicting, issues.  Receives, processes and follows up on orders and inquiries using reporting tools within the SAP environment.  Directly initiates necessary action required to remove any obstacles between customers' requirements and BASF's ability to satisfy them.  Monitors work queues to ensure orders are fulfilled as required and expedites shipments.  Receives, processes and follows up on customer complaints/non conformances.  Monitors and administers programs developed by Marketing that manage the inventories of products under sales allocation or control.  Understands and follows defined Customer Care processes and procedures.  Participates in making decisions within established guidelines in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful, environment.  Presents relevant topics at sales or other business meetings.  <br/><br/>This position is within a job family and will be filled at a level applicable to the qualifications of the successful candidate.<br/><br/>Shift Work:  Staggered start hours - Candidates will be assigned the start time required for coverage and with advanced notice may be reassigned as business changes dictate. 		<title>Customer Service Rep Job (Evans City, PA, US)</title>
		<description><![CDATA[Customer Service Rep<br/><br/>Receives, processes and follows up on customer orders and inquiries using Customer Interaction Center (CIC) within SAP environment. Checks order parameters such as availability, specifications, pricing, transportation, etc, and directly initiates the necessary actions required to resolve any obstacles between the customer's requirements and BASF's ability to satisfy them.      <br/><br/>Manages work queues on a daily basis to ensure orders are fulfilled as required.      <br/><br/>Receives, processes and follows up on customer complaints or non-conformances in order to improve the quality of the relationship between the customer and BASF. This is done in the SAP Non-conformance Management System.      <br/><br/>Serves as primary owner of a customer order and is the liaison for customers with internal BASF functions such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Credit, Manufacturing, etc. and external service providers such as warehouses, terminals, carriers, etc.      <br/><br/>May include responsibility for eCommerce, VMI, Exports, managing consignment or Accounts Receivable work queue or specific market segmentation.      <br/><br/>Supports decisions or programs developed by Marketing with regard to products under sales allocation or control.      <br/><br/>Ensures data integrity is maintained throughout order fulfillment process.      <br/><br/>Responsible for management of the Accounts Receivable work queue addressing customer unauthorized deductions.      <br/><br/>May need to cover customer service issues during non-working hours or on holidays based upon specific business needs.      <br/><br/>Amount of travel involved: less than 5%      <br/>     This position is part of a job family and will be filled at the appropriate level based on previous experience.    <br/><br/>Required:  <br/><br/>1.
