Global Business Analyst
- Align the market demand with production of interface with requirements on a rolling basis. Global accountability.
- Procedurally organize and drive Sales & Operations Planning Process for Automotive and Refinery Business Unit
- Accountable for global sales and margin analysis; identify key issues for profitability improvement and accordingly drive appropriate improvement actions
- Strong interface to Sales and Marketing along with Controlling groups
- Develop tools, exhibits and data banks to allow for efficient reporting, monitoring and tracking of Performance Indicators
- Organize and administer target setting, i.e. provide tools, collect information and provide consolidated data
- Monthly 'Health Check' and participate in development and implementation of consequent financial strategies and tactics
- Prepare input for Corporate (5-year Operation Plan, 6-month Rolling Forecast, Monthly Commentary, Headcount, etc)
- Handle capital investment cases together with Business Control e.g. make-or-buy, it investments, collaborations, product launches
- Develop, implement and monitor Business Processes for Automotive and Refinery Business Unit
- Feedback on results, information & updates around key account strategy implementation
- BA/BS technical degree
- 5 years of finance/business related working experience
- MBA preferred
- SAP knowledge
- Strong Excel, pivot tables, macros
- Ability to communicate globally with colleagues
