Process Operator Under the direction of the the Production Supervisors at the Beaumont, TX Crop Protection site, operate and maintain the Beaumont site and offsite production facilities during the assigned
Shift:. 3 years industrial experience in process operations, maintenance or construction. High School diploma or equivalent. Certificate in Process Technology, prefer sixty (60) hours of college credit in Process Technology or other industrial field in lieu of experience. Demonstrated ability to solve basic mathematical problems, reading comprehension, mechanical and basic chemical aptitude. Highly motivated, willing to learn and adapt to change. Strong communication and listening skills and willingness to actively participate as a team member. Excellent problem solving skills. Willingness to comply with all safety and environmental standards. Drug free with the ability to climb, to work at heights, and to work within confined spaces. Willingness to work all 12 hour shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime as required. Strong planning and organization skills.Basic computer skills preferred.
